Thanks so much to all who have replied so far, I very much appreciate everyone's insights. The books suggested look fantastic; I haven't been able to afford Hunnisett yet and Ribeiro was unknown to me. My local library doesn't have them but I should be able to get them through ILL - I'll probably be back with more questions after some reading. :)
