Mine's a bog-standard tefal domestic iron, with a separate water tank. Although I use it as a dry iron generally (I tend to use a spray bottle or dauber if I need to steam), it has spray steam and shot of steam. No idea what model number it is, though it's an older one - has been on 8-20 hours per day every working day for the last 7 or 8 years, and is still going strong. Also have (I think a singer) steam press - again no idea what model. Sorry.
