De: During the day the sales clerk is responsible for the craft section and
is probably either, helping elsewhere to restock or restocking the craft
section, on a break..etc. The bell helps staff know that someone is needing
help and lessens the need for a person to either run around looking for them
or having to scream at the top of your lunges for them.
At night they do not staff the fabric department so the bell is for those in
the nearby department.

De: I guess you hadn't heard. Hobby Lobby decided to down size last year. I
was told that they are looking at possibly eliminating the upholstery
section.
