Hello, I just purchased an old straw hat that is rather dusty. The decorations are all trashed but the straw still seems to be good to my very much untrained eye. Any ideas on how to clean it up and get it ready to be worn? I find conflicting info when I google it and I don't want to ruin it. Also the straw is a bit darker than I like and I'm hoping that just cleaning it will lighten it but in case it doesn't, is there any way to lighten it?
