nods. ONe would hope! If I could match the PhD blue, in both the velvet and the wool/linen, I'd make the gown out of the Color to match the hood! (or make the gown in the Biology/botany color to go with the PhD hood!) One of the professors at UTK graduated in Europe, and their gown was a gorgeous scarlet!
