Thank you Melody, Melanie, Sylvia, Sheridan, and Carol.  I appreciate your
taking the time to think about the issue.

The costume she wants is steampunk, so we're talking late Victorianish.  I can
pick the style of corset and make one that's curvier in order to fit her new
body style.

I will find out what kind of implants they are, but I think she said saline and
I think through the nipple area. Her interview with the doctor is tomorrow, but
I wanted input from the group before she went so she can bring up any questions
you all might think of that I haven't.

Almost anything is going to be way bigger. She's very broad in the chest, but
very small in the cup area, so she may be going large in order to match. Broad
hips also. I understand why she's having the surgery done, even though as a
38AA myself I've never been tempted. But at that, I'm larger than she is.

Six months sounds like a good time frame. I can work on the rest of her costume
during that time.

Thanks again for all your input.

What time period?
The only thing I can't do comfortably is lay on my chest. The upward
compression of a corset doesn't hurt.Mine are located under the pecs . But have
had both.Is the surgery going thru the nipple area or the armpit? If she is
going way bigger then her natural size she will be tender for 3-4 months in the
breast area and maybe longer at the incision scar. I'd wait about 6 months to
fit her.
