A waist cincher - what a good idea!  It'll give her the look she wants and show
off her new assets without any possibility of harm. Thanks for the suggestion.

HAving been a PA in Surgery for the first part of my career as a PA (and
also being a costumer, who loves to make and wear corsets),I can
say--probably best to wait a LONG time before wearing a corset that
substantially changes or sturctures the basic shape. Our plastic surgeon
always had patients wearing special structured bras for at least
6 weeks. Remember, that for augmentation, saline implants are put in,
and significant "squashing" can actually rupture them (not a good thing).
It may be a year or never before she could wear a corset.

Silicone implants, as far as I am aware, have not been used for really long
time, and are outlawed, becasue of hte serious problems they produced back in
the 1960's and 1970's, when they ruptured, causing very serious inflammatory
conditions.

A boned waist cincher would be a possibility though.
