Thanks, Wanda! I was lucky in that the outfit matches itself: scarf, tunic & skirt, which is amazing since it is long enough for me, and I am tall.

I have a choli cut out to go with lovely sari that came unaccompanied, but have not made it. I took the pattern from a thrift store find which (again, amazingly) fit my actual bust, even though it was worn out and barely usable when found.

I found my first sari in the "curtain" department of the thrift store. They soon learned better!

I tend to find these at my local Thrift stores too. Frequently the pants have gotten separated from the rest of the outfit (found one pair in pajamas!). Sometimes they never show, but the tunic is long and full enough that I wear it as a dress and scarf anyway. Since I no longer have to conform, i. e. I can be excentric, I can wear it to work and get compliments from the young folk. I'd say you have parts.of a Salwar/Kameze outfit. You could make pants for it. The pants don't always match in color says my friend from Pakistan.
