I am not in favor of using the goog hoselyed version of blueprint and  
I am not in favor of removing it from 3rdparty.

Including a solid framework for theme developers to use is a good  
thing, not a bad one. There is nothing that says anyone has to use it  
and it doesn't really adversley affect our foot print.

I am firmly -1 for removing blueprint unless a solid technical reason  
is offered up.
