It didn't originally, and I've stated several times in numerous places
that  I would remove it if we weren't going to bundle BP with Habari.
I'm not going to go through the trouble of removing it if the
community deems BP worth bundling regardless of whether we formally
use it or not.  Blueprint isn't integral to the theme, I simply
decided that it made more sense to use BP since (at the time) we were
using it for admin rather than use the external YUI CSS that it
originally used.

So again, for the record, I will take on removing the BP code if we
don't think it's worth bundling, or I will update the BP library in
Habari and update the theme for any changes due to the .8 upgrade.
