My attorney and I disagree with you on both points.

By the way, does any other participant *have* legal advice, or is
everyone else just making things up and speculating like Sneddon
is doing here?

I'm rather certain from reading that the latter is true, and that is
precisely why I argued that the legal reasons were insufficiently
understood to justify any action.

Your writing makes clear you are an aspiring lawyer, but I fear
your law school is a very poor one.

As technical and practical point, I've provided patches to Apache
projects without signing a CLA. The size of the patch and the PMC
of the given project will be the determining factors.
