I definitely think we should take Squareweave up on the offer of  
redesign help.

Having a central organization/person should help to create a more  
coherent strategy. However, we should be sure to include the various  
voices who have thought about the redesign in the past as well.

Honestly, I think this is the sort of matter which would work best  
with a single chat/call, making sure all interested parties are  
present. We can iron out a plan for how to proceed with the  
development of a design strategy and execute it.
