As far as I understand, there are no restrictions on who can be a member. We would have to look into state law to see if there are any naming restrictions. I have formed an LLC in Minnesota, and had to file an "assumed name" form in order to operate under a name which was not just the owner's name. But, that was only a requirement for sole proprietorships, partnerships, limited partnerships, and LLCs. I believe that when creating a corporation, you just need to have "Co." or "Inc." in the name. --Blake --Blake --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ To post to this group, send email to [email protected] To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [email protected] For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/habari-dev -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
