Actually, it *can* be quite trivial.  The way we set up the ASF,
it simply requires ratification by the Board.  Once there's a
significant number of members, it could get messier -- but again,
if it's set up simply the change is likewise simple.  Just leave
it that the board can change the bylaws, that members can reverse
board decisions, and that members can call special meetings.

The problem with membership that the ASF has encountered is one
of scale.  I don't know if Habari is likely to scale to the
membership of several hundreds that the ASF has, but that has
gotten awkward.
