Pepijn,

Core plugins are the ones that come with Habari, not the ones in the -
extras repo.

The plugin_directory and hpm plugins are available from trac at
http://trac.habariproject.org/habari-extras/browser/plugins/plugin_directory
and http://trac.habariproject.org/habari-extras/browser/plugins/hpm .
They can also be checked out with svn at
http://svn.habariproject.org/habari-extras/plugins/plugin_directory
and http://svn.habariproject.org/habari-extras/plugins/hpm. That gives
read only access. Drop in to #habari on irc to talk about them, or to
request write access to the -extras repository if you have
contributions to make. See http://wiki.habariproject.org/en/Extras_Repository
. I hope this helps.
