Weeeelllll.... We could almost already do this based off of the hp.o server
logs for sites hitting the update beacon. We don't have the site's name or
URL, just the IP of the server it runs on. I've looked at that once or
twice before just to get a ballpark idea of how many sites there are
running out there.

We could add an option to opt-in to the directory that tacks some extra
info onto that request.

The list would be depressing, trust me...
