Well...

I think we atleast want to confront people on the issue of their
liscensing of their content, and highly suggest they use creative commons
liscense.

We could add Liscensing meta information - dont htink this is to hard,
Creative Commons already has instructions for how to do this on their
site.  Anyone up for researching what it would take to do this?
