Here's why I would recommend against using HackRF with a 2MHz sampling rate: https://github.com/mossmann/hackrf/wiki/Tips-and-Tricks If you operate the HackRF at 8MHz with a GNU Radio 4:1 decimating low-pass filter to reach your desired 2MHz sampling rate, you should see better performance in the presence of noise in adjacent spectrum that would otherwise alias.
