improved docs for 0.14.0?

It would be great if we had a bit more documentation of some of the 
features in 0.14.0.  Can someone please volunteer to add or update pages 
in the wiki about the following topics?  Thanks!

1. Pipes (Owen?).  This mostly just needs a pointer to the javadocs and 
examples.

2. HDFS upgrade.  http://wiki.apache.org/lucene-hadoop/Hadoop_Upgrade is 
out of date.  Ideally this should document the procedure for upgrading 
from each release to the next, so that, e.g., folks with 0.10 would know 
how to upgrade to 0.14.  (Konstantin?  Raghu?)

3. Eclipse plugin (Christophe?).  This should have basic instructions 
about installing and using the plugin.
