out of date. Ideally this should document the procedure for upgrading
from each release to the next, so that, e.g., folks with 0.10 would know
how to upgrade to 0.14. (Konstantin? Raghu?)
I just started writing an 'upgrade guide' for 0.14. I will post it later
today.
