Let me think:

Vim/gvim, the joe editor, DBI, DBDs for the databases available (MySQL,
PostgreSQL, etc.), Web Meta Language, valgrind, Mozilla, an up-to-date
KDE, openSSH/sshd, rsync. I'll probably come with others later.

Try the various XML:: Perl modules, as well as libxml and libxslt,
Xerces-C++. DocBook/XML support would also be nice.

I use Heb-LaTeX, and Open Office, and the KDE hebrew editor, and Mozilla
Composer.
