New patch: prerender_tags_with_script.diff

Allows static tags with parsed content (ie, %div= "ruby stuff") to be
pre-rendered like other static tags. Also fixes a subtle previously
existing bug. The helpers template had a tabulation error,
Buffer#open_tag was pushing indentation up always, and then close_tag
was not fixing indentation if it's ending a one liner.
