Because everybody knows that linux is by far the best and the most secure platform (.) In the article it's a bit confusing as it says "Vista was won", vista hasn't won it, because the ubuntu laptop was the only computer standing : "So at the end of the last day of the contest, only the Sony VAIO laptop running Ubuntu was left standing.
