OpenBSD is not a "desktop" OS.
A "Linux " OS runs the Linux as an OS, and
Mac OS runs FreeBSD as its OS.
So, what is the point when Mac OS doomed by Macromedia Flash is upgraded?
The number of malware for Windows is more then ten or even hundred
times compared to Linux.
Albeit It doesn't mean that Linux is more secure than Windows:
crackers target where it is easier to break. Most likely, Windows is
their target because Windows is the most widely used OS at the
moment.
