Well I don't know, I'd have to re-check, thus... as you prefer :-) That's exactly the problem when I'm being assigned some work I cannot instantly complete and that is not tracked anywhere, I leave it in my mailbox hoping to find the time to work on it quickly, and if that does not happen, the mail disappears from my visible window and I forget.
