I'd like to kindly ask you to elaborate more.

I think it's rather the opposite in ChangeLog than 
what you observed, but of course if there is lacking 
text, pls inform the list, and we shall correct it.

ChangeLog is the most important place to document 
changes along with the reasoning.

I expect ppl to know what I'm changing, and I 
expect users to test my changes, which is usually 
impossible without knowing what to test.

Since I still don't know what to test, I can't 
help here. For me everything worked without any 
visible problems, so it would be quite blind 
run to test for enhancements.

How about the other change?
