The Hardball Briefing On MSNBC
------------------------------------------------------
Many headlines out of Washington this week, and tonight, we'll hit all the big
news of the week. Gas prices are up at the pump, Tony Snow is in at the White
House, and Fitzgerald is back in Washington continuing the CIA leak
investigation. Joining Norah O'Donnell this evening for Hardball is Chairman of
the Democratic National Committee Howard Dean to discuss all the politics of
the week.
In a special feature this evening, we'll have two editions of Hardball Hot
Shots. First, our weekly roundtable of MSNBC hosts Rita Cosby, Tucker Carlson,
and Joe Scarborough will join us to discuss Karl Rove's fifth appearance at the
grand jury investigating the CIA leak, gas prices headed toward (or above)
three dollars a gallon, and the White House makeover.
Then, we'll be joined by a separate panel of Celebrity Hot Shots, which tonight
includes Creative Coalition's Joe Pantoliano (aka Joey Pants), and Actor,
Director, and Producer Robert Wuhl (catch him in HBO's new comedy "Assume the
Position with Mr. Wuhl").
Be sure to stay tuned to MSNBC Saturday night as David Shuster will bring you
the latest from the Beltway Prom, formally known as the White House
Correspondents' Association Dinner at the Washington Hilton Hotel. David will
have red carpet arrivals, and we'll carry the President's speech and comedy
from Stephen Colbert.
On Monday's Hardball, Chris Matthews is back and will be joined by
Massachusetts Senator Ted Kennedy, author of the new book "America Back on
Track."
