Tonight on Hardball, it's a special report on the Haditha investigation. NBC 
News' Mike Boettcher will report from Baghdad with the latest from there and

Gen. John Batiste (Ret.) and Adm. John Hutson (Ret.) will join Chris to talk

type of situation are handled and the possible outcomes. Plus, Hardball
