Chair Ken Mehlman to talk about how Decision 2006 is shaping up across the 
country. Tuesday's primary results are in and Hardball is the place to be for

yesterday's primaries in eight states. Chris will also ask Biden and Mehlman 
about the Senate's defeat today of a constitutional amendment to define
