The Hardball Briefing On MSNBC
------------------------------------------------------
With only 12 days remaining until Election Day, tonight Hardball brings you an
update on the hottest and tightest races in the country. Hardball's David
Shuster reports on the latest smack down, smack upside the head political ads
being run across the nation. And we'll get an update from the most popular man
in town, NBC News Political Analyst Charlie Cook, editor and publisher of the
Cook Political Report. Our partner at politics.msnbc.com, Charlie tells us
who's up, who's down, and what we can expect on November 7th.
Our Hardballers tonight MSNBC Political Analyst Pat Buchanan and President of
the International Association of Firefighters Harold Schaitberger debate the
issues, including President Bush's signing of the border fence bill earlier
today.
America told Hardball the biggest issue this year is Iraq, so everyday we give
you an update. NBC's Jane Arraf has the latest from Iraq tonight, and then
we'll hear from Jonathan Hutto, an active duty US Seaman who wants Capitol Hill
to bring troops home and end US occupation in Iraq.
MSNBC Political Analyst and Hotline Editor-in-Chief Chuck Todd and Roll Call
