Terror on the streets of London:  Earlier today, police defused a car bomb of 
gasoline and nails near London's Piccadilly Circus.  British anti-terror police 
chief Peter Clarke described the bomb as being powerful enough to cause 
"significant injury or loss of life."  We'll have the latest.
