I
think ICD10 is not in use yet, but I think you have to buy these little gems
from the AMA, directly or indirectly, and they are not cheap. I paid $300
for a single user, not updatable set of ICD9 and CPT codes a while back, and
that is after I shopped the vendors for a "bargain".
