Any list will likely be out of date in a matter of months.  Folks just get
moved around too often.

As for copying Spanish ICD9 expressions into file 80, I've investigated with
some of the current VistA ICD and Lexicon gurus and find that all that can
be recommended is to substitute the Spanish text for the English by matching
on the ICD9 code, then using the code link the Spanish ICD exact form in
file 80 as a synonym of the code in the Lexicon (subject of course to input
transform requirements - length may be a problem in some cases).  In any
case, it would require a small bit of simple programming.

Alexis, try it yourself, or pass the file you have my way and I'll give it a
shot.
