Hello, I have created users using Vista (EVE->User Management->Add a New User to the System) with CPRS TAB access. Also, I created patients (gave a user the "DG Registration Menu" then using that user I did "Load/Edit Patient Data"). However, I can't enter information for the patients using CPRS. Here is what I am doing on the windows side: -I start CPRS -I log on with Access code/Verify code -I select a patient -I click the "Problems" Tab -I click on "New problem" I get a dialog title "Provider & Location for Current Activities" In this dialog I can't enter information for "Visit Location." Also, I can't enter a new problem. What else do I need to do? Thanks Yamir Encarnacion
