extension cords to being in our own power and the 100 miles of CAT

that would be required that might be a problem. New Orleans will

I still wonder: Has VistA played any role in the recovery (excepting
at the VA medical centers, of course)? I know there's been a lot of
talk about what *could* be done, and still plenty of opportunity to
contribute, but has anything happened yet?
