When you give the build the file name, are you including the directory/UCI where the file lives?  Its easy to FTP a host file to your system and have it land up in a different directory than the directory into which you're trying to unfurl the build.  Scroll up the the FTP verbage where the file landed and cut the directory then paste it just before the file name.

Example:

Enter a Host File Name: _$1$DKA300:[HTW]LEX_2_32.KID

I fixed the HFS device and changed to only one and the Kids build will still not load.
