Just in case this isn't simply a play on words, I'm talking
about PuTTY, an ssh client for Windows:

(always the first hit if you google for it)

You connect to your application host with PuTTY, which gives
you a terminal window. In the terminal, you start your X
application.

If (a) you configured the connection to allow X tunneling
and (b) you have an X server running on the same host as
PuTTY, your X application will display.
