I've got an Athlon64 3700+ running GT.M/Vista under Suse 10.0 64-bit. Runs just fine, no special prep required. My only problem is with accessing via CPRS from the windows box. Seems to be a Samba problem, since I can ssh in through PuTTY just fine.
