Thanks. I'll check them out.

Probably one of the most important things is that it's going to need to 
integrate into AD well. We're trying to get to single signon for most services, 
and it's going to be an administrative nightmare for us to manage two sets of 
users/passwords once we grow larger. (We're looking to get over 100 employees 
by the end of the year.)
