I have only heard good things about DFI. When I was looking for my dual Xeon board surfed a bunch of locations and the consensus 6 months ago from the locations I visited was that they were more stable than Asus and ran faster at standard clock speeds.
As a side note - RMA'd a Leatek motherboard for a neighbor. They responded by giving me an RMA number the same day - wow was I impressed. Then it took 8 weeks for the replacement to arrive. Though I never heard about it - it looks like they are getting out of the m/b business so perhaps they are having a problem finding their own products. Well hope my comments on the DFI help. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Thane Sherrington Sent: Wednesday, April 13, 2005 2:28 PM To: The Hardware List Subject: RE: [H] DFI vs Asus At 03:08 PM 13/04/2005, Hayes Elkins wrote: >I still regard Asus as the OEM best boards, aside from Intel's own desktop >brand.
