Well, perhaps you could defrag, create a new partition, then use either Norton Ghost or Acronis True Image to make a snapshot. Put that in the new partition. Copy to similar partition on new computer. Restore image. I like to have at least 5 partitions: System, Programs, Other Programs, Email, Data.
