No, it's not an injustice (unless you actually think the "justice system" actually pertains to real justice.) It's illegal under the current laws. There's a big difference. One could also argue that movie ticket and DVD sales prices are virtually price fixing and are protected by a monopolistic setup, both of which are also illegal. Nobody mentions that much.
