Same here. I try to be as ruthless as possible with my on site charges esp when I could do the work back at the shop and the customer has been so informed.
If I go onsite, I charge from the time I leave the shop to the time I get back. I warn them beforehand that it's cheaper in the shop, but if they want me to go onsite, I'll do it.
