It's an analogy. Going on how Microsoft has made things more and more
difficult to meet thier requirements.
Please tell me how a few mouse clicks is an annoyance to a user. The only
people who will be annoyed are those who can't get updated because they are
running a pirated version of Windows, likely unwittingly.
Same way being stopped by the police and being frisked and having your car
searched is an annoyance.
