Last Thursday, my oldest brother was relocated and put in charge of several thousand national guard to help handle the operation. The reality is, this will get worse before it gets better.. much, much worse. And the problem is, there is so much poverty in New Orleans, and the structural design of the city is still a mess.. it's going to be a very messy and difficult work through.
