What the hell is this world coming to? Someone was outraged that they couldn't literally rent "unlimited" DVDs and they sometimes took longer than 1 day to arrive? Gimme a break. No wonder we can't get any real problems solved. I have been a Netflix customer for 5 years and have never, ever had anything to complain about. In fact, I am happier with their product than many other companies out there. -- Brian
