[H] Adding an IDE Raid Ctrlr to XP

Hi All,

I have to upgrade two XP SP2 pc's here at work to hardware IDE raid 
controllers. I am sure this will make Windows unhappy when it goes to 
boot. Does anybody know a good way of adding this hardware and keeping 
Windows happy, preferably without requiring a reload of the OS (upgrade 
install or otherwise.)
