Do I risk any damage to the new router if I place it on my LAN (under power)
w/o a valid connection and service credentials?
I am considering an upgrade away from my current dial-up service. I have
ordered and received my new NAT/SPI router.
IIRC, many or most of our list's members have been using some form of
broadband (xDSL or cable) for a good number of years. My last experience
with xDSL ended in late 2002 went I packed up to relo out of SoCal.
Thanks,
Duncan
