Have you used the Adobe Reader 8? It loads very fast and is way better
than foxit.

Try Foxit, it's one I like. The free PDF printer works well but puts
an annoying evaluation stamp on everything. Better to just use
OpenOffice which has print to pdf as a default option or even better
mac or linux which has many free pdf printers.
