FWIW I was having fits in FF logging onto Bank of America, every 3 log ons or
so I had to delete their cookies until I made the following tweak in
about:config

                 Set “network.http.pipelining” to “true”
                 Set “network.http.proxy.pipelining” to “true”
                 Set “network.http.pipelining.maxrequests” to 10

so far ( 3 days) no problems. YMMV. These are supposed to make FF faster, not
sure about that but has so far helped log ons at BofA
fp
